BSP AUTO : BEST DEALS ON RENTAL CARS

BSP Auto is a price comparison portal for rental cars and gives the possibility worldwide the best rates and the best conditions to rent a car. We negotiate directly with the largest car rental companies so that we can always offer the best value for money, regardless of your destination.

BSP Auto Head Office is located in Paris, 38 avenue du général Michel Bizot (75012), France, registered under the number RCS 417 509 775. BSP Auto is also recognized as a provider of travel services in France, under the registration number IM075110113.

Please provide the following information with each booking:

- First name, last name and age of the main driver

- Telephone

- Email

- date, time and place of collection of the vehicle and the return of the vehicle.

- Vehicle type

Upon completion of the booking process, you will receive a confirmation and a voucher by e-mail.

The rental contract is concluded on behalf of the main driver indicated on the voucher. Booking via BSP Auto is personal and non-transferable.

Vehicle availability and rental period

The car will be provided at the rental station, on the date and time indicated on the voucher. In case of delay, the landlord can cancel the booking. The booking is made for a specific period of time, which is indicated on the voucher. For a delay of more than 29 minutes on the return of the vehicle, the landlord can charge an additional day.

Conditions

In order to be able to pick up the vehicle, the main driver must be present at the rental station with his BSP voucher, as entered on the voucher. He must also present a valid driver's license, valid ID and an international credit card on behalf of the driver. If the driving licence is not issued in the Roman alphabet, an international driving licence must be presented. Debit cards, especially Visa Electron, MasterCard Maestro or DEBIT card, are not accepted by car rental companies. The landlord uses the credit card for the deposit.

A minimum age and experience is required by the car rental company. These conditions vary by country, state/state, province, vehicle type, and car rental. There may also be a fee for underage drivers. In any case, the requirements will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

If you wish to add one or more additional drivers to the rental agreement, these drivers must be on site at the pick-up. Each additional driver must present a valid driver's license and ID. The cost of each additional driver must be paid directly on site. The cost of additional drivers can be changed by the car rental company without prior notice.

If any of these conditions are not met, the landlord reserves the right to cancel the booking without compensation from the landlord or BSP.

Geographical restrictions

Depending on the car rental and the country of the rental, additional charges may apply for crossing international borders. To avoid problems with booking, we strongly recommend that you contact the car rental company or BSP directly if you wish to cross international borders with your rental car.

Car rental use

During the entire term of the rental agreement, the vehicle must be used appropriately and carefully. The vehicle may not be used for subletting, transporting persons for compensation or for participation in races or competitions.

Prices

The prices for the reservation are valid immediately after the booking process is completed. The tariff, which is officially valid for you, will be indicated in the confirmation email and on the rental voucher. Any changes to the website after the booking process has been completed with respect to higher or lower rates will not affect the confirmed price of your booking.

Booking rates will apply immediately upon completion of your booking. Your official price will be summarised in the confirmation email and on the voucher. Any changes to the website made after your booking is completed, up or down, will not affect the confirmed price of your booking.

Unless otherwise stated before the confirmation of the booking, the prices include the following services:

- the provision of the rental car for the period indicated on the voucher

- Unlimited kilometres

- Full-cover protection (CDW) and anti-theft (TPC)

- Liability insurance (LIS)

- Taxes

- Airport/station fee

- Admission fee

- Booking fee

For all other services not mentioned above, the price is not included. Fuel and supplementary insurance offered by the landlord, options such as child seats or additional drivers, underage driver fees and driving offences are not included in the price.

Payment

Full payment is required upon completion of your booking with BSP Auto. Once your payment has been accepted, a voucher will be sent with your confirmation email. In the event of non-payment, BSP reserves the right to cancel the booking without compensation.

Any cancellation or change requests must be sent to BSP in writing (e-mail or fax), by telephone or on the website under the heading "My account". A confirmation email of cancellation or modification will be sent to you as soon as the request has been processed.

Change

Changes to the vehicle type, rental period or pick-up/return station are free of charge. However, suppliers’ rates may change depending on these factors.

The extension of the rental period leads to additional costs, which have to be paid directly at the counter of the landlords. These fees depend on the availability of the landlords and may be higher than those offered by BSP. If the rental period is shortened after the vehicle has been taken over, the unused days will not be refunded.

Cancellation

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before collection will be refunded 100%. For cancellations between 48 and 24 hours before the rental, a cancellation fee of 25€ will be charged. A cancellation fee of 50€ will be charged within 24 hours before rental, after rental or in case of no-show. Some special rates have stricter cancellation and change conditions. This information will be provided at the time of booking.

The refund due to cancellation or change will be credited to the credit card used for the booking.

These general terms and conditions are governed by French law.

Your data is intended for the use of BSP Auto only. You have the right to access, modify, correct and delete personal data. You can exercise this right directly through Customer Service with your email address and password.
